  • Notify the user responsible for the content about the complaint.

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to sivotofficial@gmail.com. Your counter-notice should include:

  1. Identification of the content that was removed and its original location.
  2. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information, including full name, email address, and physical address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and agree to accept service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a counter-notice, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a legal action against you.

Repeat Infringers

Sivot.xyz reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright laws.
